Customer Impact: HIGH – Customers located inside the Buford data center experienced an extended unplanned outage. DSC had line card failure in one of its core switches. We had to identify and procure a replacement line card. Then we had to re cable, program, and test the replacement line card. All services were restored at approximately 5:45am EST.
