DSC Peering Policy
If you would like to peer with Digital Service Consultants (DSC), please contact peering@dscga.com and provide the following information:
Organization name and description:
Technical contact information (name, phone, email)
NOC contact information (name, phone, email)
NOC contact information (name, phone, email)
BGP speaker IPv4 address
AS number
Number of prefixes you will be sending
AS number
Number of prefixes you will be sending
1. All peers must supply a contact that is available on a 24×7 basis, such as a Network Operations Center (NOC) or equivalent.
2. Peers must not utilize any form of gateway of last resort or default route that is directed at Digital Service Consultants.
3. All announcements are to be consistent across all interconnect locations.
4. Digital Service Consultants will not accept any announcement smaller than /24.
5. Digital Service Consultants final decision on peering is based upon a mutually agreeable decision to peer based upon operational needs. If Digital Service Consultants operational needs cause a peering arrangement to conflict with the best interest of DSC, Digital Service Consultants reserves the right to terminate the peering agreement with reasonable advance notice.
6. All potential and current peers must have and maintain a valid PeeringDB.com record.
7. Peers must agree to actively cooperate chasing security violations, denial of service attacks, and similar incidents.

8. Peers must not abuse the peering relationship by doing any of the following non exhaustive list: pointing default, resetting next hop, selling or giving next hop to others, and so forth.
9. DSC reserves the right to not peer with anyone as we see fit and to terminate any peering at any time.
10. Digital Service Consultants reserves the right to suspend peering for an indefinite period of time should any form of network abuse be verified to take place via the peering interconnect such as denial of service attacks (DOS), unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), or setting default-route to Digital Service Consultants.
11. DSC reserves the right to not peer with anyone as we see fit and to terminate any peering at any time.
