D.S.C. offers 24 hour support and 24 hour line monitoring for our Dedicated Internet Customers.

If you have a 64K ISDN, 128K ISDN, ADSL, SDSL, Fractional T1, Full T1 or higher then you qualify for this support.

To reach support after hours, or on weekends, just call our regular office number 770-614-3720 and dial extension 123. This will take you to a voice mail. That voice mail will then be forwarded to the technician on duty AND will automatically open a ticket in our Customer Support Ticketing System. The voice mail will be attached to that ticket as well. A Technician will respond to you within 2 hours.
