1) Speed - Our speed is excellent. With other providers you get what you pay for. "Provider X" can't sell 100,000 people an ADSL T1 for $60/month. Not only is it not financially possible, but there's not that much bandwidth in the world. What you do get is a very nice shared connection with a few hundred thousand other people that MAY get ISDN speeds and burst above that occasionally. With our service, you're getting close to full bandwidth - the speed we sell you is much closer to the speed you'll really get.
2) Reliability - with both Fiber Optic and copper based Internet connectivity from multiple providers we're fully redundant. Even some of the big providers, can't make this claim as they only use their own network. If their network has a problem (and everyone does sometime) you're down, but with us, if one link goes down, all traffic is automatically rerouted to the other links with no intervention required.
3) Local Onsite Experience - Almost all our connections we go onsite and install for the customer. This means unlike the big guys, you have a live, warm body that comes out to install and set this all up for you. Not just the link, but reconfiguring your network, installing Email servers, firewalls, whatever you need and we help you understand how it all works. Its pretty comforting to know at 3am on Saturday when your router dies in the middle of the night you can call someone locally and have a new router installed by morning, isn't it? You won't get that elsewhere.
